We stumbled upon Burning Bird recently, and let’s just say. we were not expecting to leave as obsessed as we did. 👀

What We Tried

🔥 Nashville Hot Chicken This is the one. Perfectly crunchy on the outside, juicy all the way through, with a heat that actually means something without crossing into “why did I do this” territory. No gimmicks, no shortcuts. Just solid chicken done right.

🧀 Mozzarella Sticks (Seriously, Don’t Skip) These deserve their own mention. Golden and crispy outside, molten cheesy inside, and when you hit them with the dipping sauces? It’s a whole moment. That cheese pull is undefeated. 👀

Is It Worth the Visit? 100%. This is the kind of place that flies under the radar but absolutely delivers. Good food, good experience, no fluff.
