Spider-Man: Brand New Day Date Night at Landmark Cinemas
Every now and then, a movie comes along that everyone has been waiting for.
For Adi, Spider-Man: Brand New Day was that movie.
After 4½ years of waiting, the excitement was real, so there was only one way to experience it—we turned it into a movie date at Landmark Cinemas.
The Experience Started Before the Movie
As soon as we walked into the theatre, we spotted the giant Spider-Man display. Of course, we couldn’t walk past without stopping for a few photos… and yes, Adi had to show off his best Spider-Man pose. 😂
After grabbing our tickets, we made the mandatory stop at the concession for popcorn and snacks.
One thing that completely surprised us?
Landmark actually sells blankets at the concession!
We honestly had no idea, and it’s such a nice touch if you’re someone who always gets cold during movies.
We also came across some exclusive Spider-Man pins, which made the whole experience even more exciting before we’d even found our seats.
Walking Into a Spider-Man World
Once our tickets were scanned, we headed into the auditorium…
And that’s when we realized this wasn’t going to be an ordinary movie night.
The entire theatre had been transformed into a Spider-Man experience.
Every seat featured Spider-Man-themed covers, the décor matched the movie, and the atmosphere instantly built the excitement before the opening scene even began.
It’s little details like these that make going to the cinema feel like an event instead of simply watching a movie.
Watching It in ScreenX
For this movie, we decided to experience ScreenX.
If you’ve never watched a movie in ScreenX before, it expands selected scenes beyond the main screen onto the side walls, creating a much more immersive viewing experience.
And honestly…
Spider-Man is probably one of the best movies to experience this way.
The swinging scenes, action sequences, and city landscapes felt so much bigger when they surrounded us.

Let’s just say it was absolutely worth the wait.
